Come join us in this cozy, welcoming space where tiny hands stay busy and parents get a chance to chat and breathe. Each session is filled with simple, fun sensory and craft activities designed for babies and toddlers - think exploring, creating, and a bit of happy mess along the way.

Younger babies are always welcome, and if crafting isn’t your thing that day, there’s plenty of space for tummy time!

It’s a come-as-you-are kind of group. There’s time for chatting, connecting, and settling into a rhythm with other parents who just get it.

Life With a Baby is a Canadian non-profit built around community and connection for parents in the early years. Through free, local programs and peer support, we creates spaces where you can show up as you are, meet other parents nearby, and build real, lasting friendships - so you don’t have to walk through this season alone.
