Join us for a 4 week parenting workshop for parents with children 0 to 2 years old.

Each session is an hour with our expert speakers.

The following hour is optional and open for parents to continue the conversation and connect with each.

Please note the schedule:
Week 1 Tuesday March 31 
Week 2 Tuesday April 7
Week 3 there will be 2 sessions: Monday April 13 and Tuesday April 14

Week 1: Tuesday March 31
Topic: Infant sleep training essentials – Fiona Bergin

A Consistent Routine
Self- Soothing- allowing baby to settle themselves down to sleep
Drowsy but Awake putting baby down before they fully fall asleep
Graduated Extinction/ Ferber Method- checking on baby at increasing intervals
Bio: 
Fiona Bergin is the founder of Sleep Train with Confidence and a certified pediatric sleep consultant (IPSP) with a Master of Science degree from the University of Toronto.

As a mom of two, she combines evidence-based strategies with real-life experience to help families build healthy, sustainable sleep habits. Using her signature R.E.S.T. framework, she empowers parents to feel confident and in control of their child’s sleep.

Week 3: Tuesday April 14 there is two sessions
Topic: Self- Care- Aisha Klass

Exercising
Healthy eating clean
Resting to recharge
Knowing when your mind and body has reached its limit
The importance of having a support system
Self- care is not just taking care of the physical body
There will also be a mini work out
