Intention Setting: Parenting Edition — 2026

Parenting is constant, demanding, and often overwhelming. This gathering offers a pause.

At the start of a new year, we’re creating space for parents to reflect and set meaningful intentions for how they want to show up in 2026 — without pressure, resolutions, or perfectionism.

The event is hosted at Niyyah Coffee, a new and cozy café designed for focus, conversation, and connection. Niyyah means “intention” in Arabic, making it a fitting place to begin the year thoughtfully.

The gathering will include a short, guided journaling activity to help parents reflect and clarify one gentle intention for the year ahead, along with time for relaxed conversation over coffee.
