Join Step by Step for a mom & baby fitness class and 15 minute circle time post workout!
Get your sweat on with a 50 minute class, focusing on interval training (mix of cardio + strength) and core restoration. It is beginner friendly. Free weights, resistance mats, yoga mats and body weight are used. Must be 6+weeks postpartum and ready to move. Little ones of all ages welcome!
