Join us for a refreshing stroller-friendly walk along the beautiful St. Jacobs Trail in Waterloo this fall season. 

It’s the perfect chance for mamas, dads, caregivers and little ones to enjoy crisp autumn air, colorful leaves, and maybe even spot some birds along the way.

This will be a time to get out, enjoy the fresh air, re-energize, and interact with each other. 

Bring your stroller, your smiles, and your stories as we stroll together, share experiences, and build community in a relaxed, supportive atmosphere.

 Bring water, snacks, and dress comfortably.

 Easy-paced, stroller- and toddler-friendly walk.

 Fall colors, fresh air, and nature exploration (watch for birds and seasonal beauty!).
