Bringing a baby home is a life-changing transition, and while much of the focus is on birth, the postpartum period is where new parents often need the most support.
This virtual session will help expectant parents (and those supporting them) lay the groundwork for a more manageable and fulfilling postpartum experience. Join us for our Parent Guides webinar with Nancy di Nuzzo, a Postpartum Doula, Parent Educator and Perinatal Mental Health Specialist
Founder, Anamav Postnatal Care
Nancy is a Trained Postpartum Doula, New Parent Educator, and Perinatal Mental Health Specialist (she also happens to be an accountant)! As the founder of Anamav Postnatal Care, she leads a team of professionals dedicated to easing the postpartum transition through doula care, lactation support, sleep consulting, and mental health services.
Her passion for postpartum care is deeply personal. After experiencing postpartum psychosis just days after the birth of her daughter, Nancy realized how critical it is for parents to have proactive support, education, and a strong village. She now focuses on empowering families to navigate the postpartum period with confidence, practical strategies, and the right resources in place.
Nancy believes postpartum care should be as essential as prenatal care—not a luxury, but a necessity. Through Anamav, she is working to reshape the way families experience the fourth trimester, making support more accessible, stigma-free, and truly life-changing.
Outside of her work, Nancy is a mom of two, an avid traveler, dancer, and a firm believer in bringing humor and real talks into the world of new parenthood.
