Have you wanted to make something unique and don't know where to start? The Creative Studio (the maker space in the Aurora Library) is an amazing place to start.

This event is to introduce adults and children to all the machines the Creative Studio has to offer.

I have customized homemade buttons, a tote bag, laser engraved wood and made a T-shirt with the wonderful help of Aurora Public Library staff. 

11:15 - We are lucky to have the Creative Technologies Librarian introduce us to the equipment at the Creative Studio! (10 mins)

Then there will be a cricut demonstration (ex - a unique machine. (10-15min)

After there will be a make and take activity.(20-30mins)

All ages are welcome (for babies the adult can trace their hands or feet, older kids can colour)

Cost - Free make and take activity all provided by the library.
Nominal fees to make extra items (ex. 50 cents for a button, $5 for sheet of wood for engraving) should you decide to stay longer to make extra things.

Registration: your registration counts for one adult and one child. 

BONUS: Please join me earlier for Baby Storytime[drop-in] at 10:30 am at the Living Room for songs, stories, rhymes and more just for babies.
