Parenting Confidently is an informative program designed for expecting and new parents. You’ll leave armed with practical and life-saving health and safety skills taught by experts and practitioners. They’ll lead you through a series of practical information topics ranging from Infant CPR to nutrition to early literacy. Boost your confidence and quiet much of the anxiety and nervousness new parents face by learning everyday, hands-on skills to keep your children healthy, safe and having fun.
You will register once to attend all the sessions within the workshop.
For ages: 0-24 months babies are welcome to attend with you.

Petra Nobel from Thornhill Doulas will be speaking about newborn care from her previous work experience of a maternity care nurse. She understands the importance expectant and new parents who have many questions while they navigate through this life changing journey.
