Participants will learn about the importance of sleep hygiene for children in this age range, including the need for consistent sleep schedules, appropriate screen time rules, and keeping bedtime boundaries firmly in place. Experienced sleep consultant, Bridget Jensen, will also address common sleep issues that can affect older children, such fear, worries, lack of routine and provide practical solutions for addressing these issues. Overall, this workshop will help parents establish healthy sleep habits and routines that will benefit their child through adolescence and beyond.
