This session will focus on setting age-appropriate expectations and strategies for promoting healthy sleep habits.. Participants will learn about the typical sleep patterns, developmental leaps, as well as tips for creating a safe and effective sleep environment. Our facilitator, Bridget Jensen, will also address common sleep challenges during this stage, including bedtime resistance, night waking's, and early rising, and provide practical solutions for addressing these challenges.
This sleep clinic will be facilitated by Bridget Jensen. She is founder of Better Bedtime, a full-service sleep consultancy based in Waterloo Region and is the Canadian Director of the Association of Professional Sleep Consultants. Bridget’s calm and supportive demeanor are beneficial while working with families, individuals and organizations across North America.
