Managing Expectations is a six-week peer-support program for new and expecting parents addressing the most common questions and challenges you’ll experience as a new parent. Each week, you’ll cover a range of tips and strategies to manage the expectations of what life with a baby is like. You’ll hear from parents just like you and parenting experts about managing your physical and mental health, relationships and co or single-parenting. The program is facilitated by a peer-support coordinator with expert speakers joining in each week.
