Brought to you in partnership with Life With A Baby and EarlyON Child and Family Centre Thornhill.

Music and Movement is a two-day program of 40 minutes each day, held over a period of two weeks. You are registering to attend all days.

This program promotes physical literacy, movement, and activity, as well as the four foundations needed for children to grow and flourish: belonging, well-being, expression, and engagement. We will also tell stories, sing some favourite songs, play musical instruments, and practice mindfulness.
