Pre-School Fun with Learning For children 2.5 to 4 years

This program focuses on cultivating the four foundations that children naturally seek out for themselves as they grow: belonging, well-being, expression and engagement. Young children actively explore their environment and the world around them through play. Pre-School Fun with Learning will encourage play experiences and collaborative learning to help support emergent literacy and early numeracy while promoting belonging and contributing; self-regulation and wellbeing; demonstrating literacy and mathematics behaviours; and problem solving and innovating.

NOTE TO FAMILIES WHO ATTEND OUR IN-PERSON PROGRAMS (INDOOR OR OUTDOOR):

• the Parent Guardian Agreement which must be reviewed, completed and signed by each family who registers for the in-person programs

• the Family Day Health and Safety Policy must be REVIEWED by each family who registers for the in-person programs

• Families must also complete and pass the COVID-19 Screening Tool on the day of each in-person program

• Families attending in-person programs are encouraged to attend the “In-Person Program Orientation” on November 30 at 11:00 a.m

• ADULTS ACCOMPANYING CHILDREN TO OUTDOORPROGRAMS: Due to ongoing COVID-19 health and safety measures, only one adult should accompany each child. Exceptions may apply.

• ADULTS ACCOMPANYING CHILDREN TO INDOORPROGRAMS: Due to ongoing COVID-19 health and safety measures, only one adult and one child per family registered to attend an indoor program may attend.

• You only need to register ONCE per family. 

• Please come dressed in comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for the weather. This program will take place RAIN, SNOW, OR SHINE!

• Families who attend in-person programs at the park must follow social distancing guidelines and health and safety policies to ensure the well-being of all participating families. Masks must be worn if a distance of 6 meters cannot be maintained between participants from separate households.
