The many poses and exercises practised in Parent-Toddler/Child Yoga offer an abundance of benefits for both parent and child. Yoga can help develop gross and fine motor skills, strengthen parent-child bonding, boost emotional well being and may improve sleep and digestion.

We offer in person, virtual, and hybrid options. There are classes running 7 days / week, making this accessible and valuable for EVERY family in any location.
Starting April 1, membership will be $60+Hst per month / family (all family members included) and there is no commitment required. Members will also receive exclusive discounts of up to 20% on a variety of specialty classes and workshops including parenting and childbirth education.
