Join us for a unique 5-week gentle mom and baby yoga class – stretch, strengthen, and connect to your postpartum body. Mom & Baby Yoga is best suited for moms with pre-mobile children. We recommend it for babies 9-months or younger only so that you are not chasing your kiddo around during class! However, anyone is welcome, make this class you own! Let your little one toddle around, or perhaps they are taking a snooze – that is okay! Move through creative flowing sequences that balance effort with ease. This class is designed to strengthen and enhance flexibility. Synchronizing breath with movement, students explore a variety of postures and dynamic transitions that inspire and energize.

This class is online in a live-taught, interactive format through Zoom with Encore Fitness and Health. Classes are 45 minutes long.
