Dr. Kroft has worked at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre for the past 10 years, specializing in low risk obstetrics and minimally invasive gynaecologic surgery. Her clinical practice focuses on the treatment of endometriosis and fibroids. She completed her residency at the University of Toronto and her fellowship at Sunnybrook, certified through the American Association of Gynaecologic Laparoscopists. She is part of the fellowship training program at Sunnybrook and acts as the research supervisor. She completed her Masters in Clinical Epidemiology at McMaster University and conducts clinical research mostly investigating surgical outcomes as well as surgical education. She is also involved in medical education, acting as the site supervisor for the University of Toronto Ob/Gyn residents at Sunnybrook.
Alexandra Camara lives in Ontario Canada, she is married to her high school sweetheart, they have 2 boys together and she is the face behind @yellowbowsxo on social media. Over the last 3 years she has embarked on a journey with thoracic endometriosis and when she felt like she was alone in the world she took to social media to find hope, share her journey and empower others who are on a similar path.
