I am so excited to be offering this INTERACTIVE online Zoom class every Tuesday (4-week session) for moms who are postpartum (6 weeks - 6 years+).

We will be specifically focusing on exercises to strengthen and restore the pelvic floor following childbirth. There will also be an open question period after every 45-min workout.
I will be guiding you along the way ensuring that proper breathing,form and intensity are executed.
