Join Heather Boyd, O.T.

Doing what you can to approach bedtime with a nurturing, attachment-based approach? Stumped on how to solve challenges while still being attachment-oriented? Becoming tired and frustrated? Expecting another baby and are worried about juggling everyone’s sleep bedtime needs?
Join us to have your questions answered, and connect with other parents around the challenges (and joys) of sleep in the first three years, with a focus on strategies for problem solving and for shifting perspective.
This event is for parents and babies!
Looking forward to meeting, connecting & learning from all of you
See you there,
Heather (LWAB volunteer and host)
