Raising a baby is a wonderful experience but it is also a challenge. We get that. This year on Bell Let's Talk Day, we are hosting a low-key informal Pajama Party for you to come out with your baby to meet other moms and chat. We'll have a speaker to give a short talk about self-care and what we can do to take better care of ourselves while caring for our little ones.
The speaker will talk about self-care and wellness followed by a 20 minute circle time, and 20 minutes of mingling.
Coffee/snacks will be provided.

This session will be hosted and led by Amanda DeGrace, owner of Little Lotus Yoga (link www.littlelotusyoga.ca), mom of 3 and mindfulness practitioner. Learn tips and techniques to help support you on your parenting journey and finding mindfulness moments throughout your day. Amanda has been leading workshops, seminars and classes in the wellness and mindfulness space for the past 15 years. After becoming a mother 10 years ago she started to develop techniques to help her find peace and balance as a new parent.
Amanda has a degree from the University of Ottawa and is a Yoga Alliance E-RYT 200, YACEP, RCYT and RPYT.
