Join Andrea Page from FitMom for a stroller walk at the Pen Centre. It will start with some body only strength work. Then we will walk.

We will plan to walk inside at the Pen Centre - starting at the Arlies entrance.

The walk will begin at 10:15 - if you will be later text the number you get in registration email!
