Join us in an awesome stroller bootcamp lead by Certified Personal Trainer Melissa White! Melissa is a mom herself and understands the struggle of postpartum recovery all to well; she will be there with you every step of the way!
While making new friends in the fresh air, you can move your body, get a little sweaty, and leave feeling energized as baby naps in the stroller. This workout is completely safe for postpartum recovery and perfect whether you just had a baby now or years ago; the workouts will be modified to fit everybody to ensure they are safe, comfortable, and challenged. You can do as little or as much as you want, and baby is your first priority so if you need to stop to feed, soothe, change, or anything else, it's not a problem and you can catch up as soon as you're done!
The class is ONLY $5 and payable in cash upon arrival. If the weather is bad, the class will be cancelled and we will send an email out to all those registered the morning of (this is why it's important to register EVERY WEEK YOU WISH TO ATTEND), post on our fb page, and write it in this description as well.
*There will be free grab bags with samples of baby stuff and coupons*
What you may need:
Water bottle
Running shoes
Comfortable clothes
Baby snacks/toys/bottle
Baby carrier (incase baby gets fussy)
Feel free to stay and play at the playground and/or have lunch afterwards!
