Ever thought of starting a healthier lifestyle now? Yes, even with Baby! Join us for a 4-week (8 classes) Mommy & Baby bootcamp in Vaughan to build stamina and strength so that we can keep up with our active and growing baby :)
The Mommy & Baby Bootcamp is led by a professional instructor at Weekend Warriors and is a perfect way to further our bonds with our Baby while engaging every muscle in our body! Get toned, defined, and incredibly fit while setting a tone for a healthy active lifestyle for ourselves and our Babies!
Each class will be focused on developing a lean, defined, and strong body by focusing on H.I.I.T cardio, Plyometrics, Calisthenics, and Isolation weight training!
So we get to enjoy incredible workouts while bonding with our baby at the same time, using either a baby carrier or having them right by our sides!

Week 1: Tues Jun 27th & Thurs Jun 29th @11:30am-12:30pm
Week 2: Tues Jul 4th & Thurs Jul 6th @11:30am-12:30pm
Week 3: Tues Jul 11th & Thurs Jul 13th @11:30am-12:30pm
Week 4: Tues Jul 18th & Thurs Jul 20th @11:30am-12:30pm

P.S. Most of us will have our Babies with us, but if you have other babysitting arrangements, feel free to join us too! You will be using free weights! .
