• Bonding and reducing common baby discomforts
• Practical lesson on massaging your baby (bring a soft blanket, some massaging lotion or oil)

Week Three:  Sleep and making the connection            

• Understanding infant sleep parterns
• Learn what sleeping through the night really mean
  Speaker : Goodnight sleep or Nurse

Week Four:   Sensory Fun with your baby                  

• Learn about all the great services for you and your baby in our community
• Sample a class : Fitness, Sensory, or educational
  Speaker : Inventive Minds, or Music

Week Five:   Communicating with your baby                       

• Learn all about the benefits of early communication with your babies
• Sample session will provide you with some of the tools you need to start baby signing
  Speaker: Baby Sign Language expert

Week Six:  Introducing solids                                          

• What to feed baby and when
• Food Intolerances and allergies, foods to avoid
• Organics or not?

Week Seven: First Aid Training                   

• How to baby-proof your home
• Recognizing an emergency
• Infant/ Child First Aid

Week Seven: Wrap up party & photo

• Professional photo with your and your little one (bring your own camera)
• Gift bag full of things we love
• Potluck party
