Hi all
I am planning on setting up some free Mom and Baby Yoga classes starting this month.
This will be a 45 - 60 minute session of hatha yoga for mom with some baby yoga in between. Babies must be at least six weeks old and not crawling. Focus on recovery after childbirth, and release of tension for the weeks and months following. Previous yoga experience not necessary - poses will focus on releasing tension in the neck/ shoulders (to relieve tightness from nursing and carrying baby), strengthening of the core and legs for carrying and moving around with baby and general all-round toning and release of tension in the body.
