Week 3 - October 3 - Sleep with Heather Boyd

Heather Boyd was once a bleary-eyed, exhausted mom with a baby who never seemed to sleep. Now, as an Occupational Therapist, certified Family and Infant Sleep Specialist, and mom of three, she helps tired parents solve sleep challenges without sleep training.

Combining her professional infant development and clinic experience, Heather helps parents see their baby's sleep as brain-based and attachment-based (and not their fault!). She works with parents 1:1, in group coaching, and through speaking engagements to find ways to make sleep easier.
