AUGUST 24TH UPDATE -  Ladies, Mona is unable to attend tomorrow's walk.  You are all welcome to still walk together but just FYI she will not be there.  She will resume the following week. 

JOIN US and our certified trainer, Mona, for our FREE mom and baby stroller walking / wearing group.

THIS IS  A FREE GROUP! Please expect moderate exercise.

Wednesday 9am.  We will walk for approx. 1 hour.  Moms who wish to hang out for some social time after the walk are welcome to.

Please dress for the weather and pack / bring what you need for you and your baby!
