Bios for our speakers;
Ashley Barker is a chiropractor at Impact Health. Becoming a new mom, Ashley realized there was a significant gap in the healthcare system when it comes to women’s health. She noticed many of her patients continued to suffer from various conditions stemming from pregnancy and childbirth. This passion led to her taking additional courses in postpartum rehabilitation and wanting to raise the standard of care for women in her community.
Pam Rocca is a vibrant nutritionist, author and health coach who is passionate about simplifying health and healthy eating and making it work for you. Pam works with women to help promote healthy habits and a healthy relationship with food and body image from a place of self-love.
Melissa White is a certified Personal Trainer and Post-Natal Fitness Coach. As a Mom herself, Melissa not only works to help pregnant and postpartum mamas to safely recover physically - but emotionally and mentally coming to a place of body acceptance, to practice patience with themselves and to learn how to regain control over their lives and their bodies. She works to end the shame postpartum women feel around encompassing a different body and the fear around talking about postpartum struggles.
