The time changed - and I am panicking!

I wonder if I am the only one who went through a strange day today.

This time change thing completely confused me and it seems my daughter too.

Not only some of the clocks in the house still do not match, but also Eva (my girl) for some reason decided not tp sleep at her usual times (based on the only time). Sleep has been a big issue in our family. For the last 3 weeks I thought I finally had it figured out: regular day naps at 10 and at 2 and then going to bed at 7:30.

But now what? She did not fall asleep like usually in the morning (rather late - 11:30) and then she slept an hour longer than usually? So I did not know what to do for the afternoon nap. As a result, it was way too late with me struggling to calm her down for a while and of course she was very tired.

I have to mention that I've been able to only train her to sleep in her stroller during the day (so we are going outside twice a day). And also, she will be 8 months in two weeks.

Does anyone have any idea if this is the time for my girl to change her nap schedules again or if I'm just a confused inexperienced mom that wants to get more sleep?

And has anyone trained a baby to sleep in the crib during the day without all the rocking etc? Eva hated it, she kept crying for 40 min when I tried it last week and it was just way too much for me to handle....

And I forgot to say that all feeding times were off too...

So maybe some one had any similar experiences???

    Thanks!

We are having the same problems with Christian. We were just at a point where is was sleeping through the night. Nap 10, Nap 2 or 3 , bed 7:30pm, wake up 6:30am. Now nap at 10 we have finally got that one down again, and then the rest is up in the air. He is waking up at night and wanting to eat at 5am.

Does he nap in the crib?

If yes, could you share how you trained him to nap there. Eva usually naps in the stroller and now I'm facing this very difficult problem of training her to nap in the crib without me.

The first day was by the new time, an hour early on everything, feeding naps and bed. Which made me nervous since I had no idea what to expect from Leia for the night. So fast forward to yesterday, and now I feel like this is all new to me once again. Her morning feeding-an hour late, the nap that follows is now a solid 3 hours, and she has played all afternoon. I just put her down...what is going on?????? Im going to go blindly through this, and figure out whether this is a new schedule or a FREAK accident. You asked about getting her into the crib. Ive been trying to get her down like normal, in my arms and THEN putting her in her crib. It seems to be working at times.
