Here we go again! 2am March 13  the clocks go forward one hour!
What strategies have worked for you? Or are you embracing it and enjoying your baby "sleeping in" for an hour!

    Hi

This is the 'good' time change..... we wont be doing anything to prepare ours for it, just looking for to the lie in.

I'm embracing it. I'm in my second week of sleep training my 6-month (the second time around....tried and failed at 4 mths old) and still wakes up and cry several times a night. 6am is my 10 hr mark when I can go pick him up so hopefully the time change will give me an extra hr. Not sure if that means he won't want to go to bed til 1hr pass normal bedtime. In other words, I'm looking to have my cake and eat it too :)

When there are time changes, I usually just adjust my son's sleeping time by 30 min. For example, we just moved the clock forward for an hour. So I moved my son's bedtime earlier by 30 min on the night, and then another 30 min the next night. And I woke him up at the same time according to the new adjusted time. He seems to adjust well over 2 or 3 nights. I have been doing this since he was born and he seems okay with it so far.
