Hello, moms with infants (0-12 months),

We all know how difficult it is to find time to pamper ourselves. And sometimes, even if we have the time, it's not always to easy to leave our little ones with someone else-- we may breastfeed but not pump, our baby is too attached to us and can't be left with anyone else... and so on. If this is your situation, join us for a morning of quick chair massages while relaxing in the company of other moms and their babies.

This event will take place in the private home of a registered massage therapist. The female therapist (a new mom herself) will give each one of us a 15 minute massage. A great way of getting rid of some neck and shoulder aches or tension. Insurance receipts will be provided.

The treatment and waiting area  will be on the same floor. While you are getting your massage, other moms can help take care of your little one, and you can still keep an eye on your baby.

You may leave after your massage.

Snacks and drinks will be provided.

This event is limited to 4 moms so reserve your space now!

Cost: Discounted rate of $15.00 for 15 min massage. (HST not included)

    Joanna and Baby Sarah

note: I will not be at this event. Anat, the therapist, will take good care of you.

Event and contact details will be sent once you RSVP.

In the event you RSVP yes and change your mind, you can contact me to "un-register" you from the event.

    Hello, all

    Let's take pictures!

Do you sometimes find that you don't have enough photos of you and your child together? Well, let's change that. Let's all meet in a beautiful setting and take turns taking pictures of each other and our little ones.

Bring your cameras (no fancy equipment required) and mom and child will get their pics taken with their own camera.

If we are done early, we can go for a short walk.

    About Mill Pond Park:
Like the name suggests, Mill Pond Park's main attraction is the beautiful pond and the variety of waterfowl that call it home. The park has great trails and also a playground for kids.

    More about the park: http://www.ontariotra...

    See you soon!

Bring: snacks and drinks, and a bathing suit/ swim diaper and towel, if your little one will be using the splash pad.
The Zoo has changing and feeding areas for small babies as well. I am nursing and find it great to go to with my 2 month old and 22 month old.

PS. I have a Zoo membership & parking pass, which makes the Zoo a lot more affordable if you go more than twice per year. I highly recommend getting one for easy kid entertainment (and mom walking exercise!) if you have a toddler.
