No time to work out now that you have a little one? Want to get into or back into shape, improve your fitness and overall health? Join us for a stroll and get fit! Our class will last an hour and will include power walking, a few body toning exercises while utilizing the stroller as a piece of exercise equipment.
Please make sure to wear comfortable (walking) shoes and to bring a bottle of water to keep yourself hydrated!
