      <title>Stroller Walk - G. Ross Lord Park (13 Sep 2010)</title>
      <description>Did you know that walking is one of the best ways to loose body fat!&amp;nbsp; yes that's right... walking :-)&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;So join us for a walk in beautiful G. Ross Lord park.&amp;nbsp; This park has lots of greenery and shaded areas.&amp;nbsp; If you need to stop to feed baby, there are lots of benches available along the way.&amp;nbsp; There is also a nice stream, if we are lucky we'll see a duck with her little ducklings.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Walking has many health benefits for parents, and the fresh air will great for baby.&amp;nbsp; You might even get your little one to take a nice long nap.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Hope to see you there!&lt;br&gt;Narie and baby Elijah&lt;br&gt;</description>
